Maintenance and Cleaning

To ensure the optimal performance and longevity of our evaporators and other products, regular maintenance and cleaning are essential. We offer a comprehensive service for our entire range, which includes gentle cleaning of internal surfaces as well as professional maintenance of all functional parts and seals.
 

Repair 

Whether through our on-site service at your premises or by sending the relevant parts to us – we ensure the reliable and efficient procurement of the necessary original spare parts. This ensures that your pulsation-free steam generators operate reliably in the long term and costly downtimes are avoided. 

Conversion Work 

With our many years of experience, we are also here to assist you with smaller, customized adjustments to existing ChemTherm steam generators. We are happy to adapt them to different application scenarios by cost-effectively modifying heating capacities, seals, or other components.

Development Work

Are you interested in our pulsation-free evaporators or dosing systems but haven’t yet found a suitable solution for your specific application? Then contact us! We are happy to assist you and work with you to develop a customized solution. Whether it’s coatings, special connections, high demands on heating performance, temperature, or pressure: our products can be tailored to your requirements, ensuring we provide the optimal solution even for unique applications.

An example of our dedicated development work is the total evaporator TV.2.  Based on our customers' requirements for higher flow rates,, we have developed an innovative concept that enables mass flows of more than 10 kg/h water vapor. 

Collaboration with Forschungszentrum Jülich

At Forschungszentrum Jülich, innovative evaporator solutions were developed in close collaboration with ChemTherm to simulate factors such as sunlight, temperature, and humidity on plants under realistic conditions. A novel pulsation-free evaporator technology enabled more efficient regulation of humidity and condensation in agricultural simulation chambers.

Research Services

ChemTherm has its roots in the academic environment at the Institute of Chemical Process Engineering at the University of Stuttgart. As a result, research is one of our core competencies. Cooperation with LightPulse LASER PRECISION

LightPulse uses ultrashort pulse lasers to work surfaces on a nanoscale. A wide variety of structures can be processed with this precise tool. The properties of the surface can be changed in a targeted manner. For example, laser-generated structures can be used to make a steel surface water-repellent (hydrophobic).

From May 6 to 8, 2024, DECHEMA's annual conference for reaction engineering and electrochemical processes, REACT 2024, will take place at the Würzburg Congress Center. This event attracts researchers from universities as well as scientists from the industry and offers a platform for the exchange of information on current developments in the industry.
